WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR BRIDAL APPOINTMENT WITH AND THE VEIL?

And The Veil are passionate in ensuring you are looked after to the highest level! You are welcome by our receptionist and introduced to your bridal stylist. We ask you for some basic details and then it's time to begin the search for the most important dress of your life!

If you have any photos or ideas for your gown please do bring them along, we may even have the gown in store or be able to access it for you from our many designers. We will work on a shape that compliments your body and then focus on the details. Have a love for illusion neckline? we can add it into your gown. Have a love for 3D flowers? we can order them in!

After finding the gown of your dreams with our incredible staff it's now time to order and organise your measure. We will measure the important areas of your body and then order to match the size you are! Generally bridal sizes are a little different to your average top and bottoms size, so we like to make sure you fit perfectly.

For ordering all you need to pay is 50%, followed by 25% at 8 weeks and then 25% when we have confirmation of your gown arriving. If you don't love this payment schedule, we are able to accommodate to you!

After your gown arrives, you have the option of working with our amazing seamstress who will work with you to create YOUR GOWN! She is able to add straps, sleeves and add bustles to ensure your train can be popped up. She is available in store as well as after-hours for your convenience.
